AFH has bought a small financial planning firm as the latter’s owners retire.
AFH will pay up to £615,000 for the assets of Warwickshire-based Groom Associates as its advisers Bill Groom and Annabelle Duncan retire. Their clients will be served by other AFH advisers.
This marks the consolidator’s eighth acquisition this financial year.
