Coutts & Co., the London-based private banking arm of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group, has appointed Andrew Kyle to its board of directors, according to a new filing at Companies House.

Mr Kyle is currently the head of finance business partnering at RBS Commercial and Private Banking, a position he has held since January 2015.

He joined RBS in November 2006 as a business analyst from Co-operative Financial Services. Thereafter he held a number of positions within various operating divisions within the RBS Group before assuming his current role.
