Deutsche Bank's internal "agile coaching" programme has been accredited.
Accreditation and certification body International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) aims to help organisations design learning experiences that “cultivate on an agile mindset and enable sustainable organisational agility”.
With the accreditation, Deutsche Bank can issue certificates to employees who successfully pass the internal agile coaching course and meet the standards set by ICAgile.
