Deutsche Bank Wealth Management has hired Marco Pagliara as market head Northern & Eastern Europe and Alessandro Caironi as head investment manager and sales management Europe and ultra high net worth (UHNW) coordinator.

The hires form part of a new strategy and leadership team unveiled by Europe head Claudio de Sanctis, who joined the firm on 1 December 2018.

Mr Pagliara will join the firm in June 2019 from Goldman Sachs in Zurich, where he headed the wealth management business in Continental Europe and Switzerland and served as the general manager of Goldman Sachs Bank AG (Switzerland).
