A project to promote diversity and inclusion in the investment sector has launched a new “compendium” which asks the industry to use the pandemic as an opportunity to harness a broader talent base.
The Diversity Project’s new document asks investment sector leaders to “seize this moment” and embrace changes around flexible working, among other measures.
“The coronavirus crisis has accelerated real cultural change in the investment and savings industry,” the project said in a statement.
