FCA issues final guidance on vulnerable clients

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has today published its guidance regarding the treatment of vulnerable customers.

The regulator’s guidance states firms must take steps to understand what harms their customers are likely to be vulnerable to and ensure that customers in vulnerable circumstances can receive the same fair treatment and outcomes as others.
