London-based Cynergy Bank, the former Bank of Cyprus UK, has recruited Ravi Sidhoo and Will Swain as managing director of private and business banking and chief customer officer respectively.

Mr Sidhoo joins from Coutts where he led a team addressing the business and personal needs of a mixed portfolio of UK and international customers.

Prior to joining Coutts he held senior private and commercial banking positions at Brown Shipley and HSBC.
