An alumnus of WH Ireland and Charles Stanley has set up his own wealth management firm under the Raymond James umbrella.

Paul Wilson has founded Raymond James Buckingham, which will offer discretionary investment management services primarily to clients in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire.

Mr Wilson said the new office was focused on the “philosophy of simplicity”.

“We believe that the best chance of acquiring real wealth in your lifetime is through the effects of compound returns and so we invest in high-quality companies with the intention of holdings those investments forever.”
