UK private bank Hampden & Co has reported “record” H1 results in the first half of 2022.
Total income increased 47 percent year-on-year to £8.8 million.
Deposits were up 21 percent to £731 million, while loans and advances increased 14 percent to £434 million.
Lending for retirement mortgages, which allow clients in retirement to raise funds against the value of their principal property, grew 80 percent compared with H1 2021.
