Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Andrea Blance and Moni Mannings as independent non-executive directors (INEDs), effective 1 September 2020.

Ms Blance has significant board and financial services experience, having spent her executive career at Legal & General. Here she was a member of the group executive committee and help a range of senior leadership roles including finance, risk and regulation, marketing and strategy.

She is currently senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee at Provident Financial and a non-executive director at The Mentoring Foundation.
