HSBC names new private banking chief

HSBC has revealed that the new chief executive of its global private bank will be Annabel Spring, an Australian who first joined the bank last year.

Ms Spring joined HSBC in 2019 as group head of customers and products within wealth and personal banking (WPB), where she was responsible for HSBC’s global personal banking product suite and flagship Premier and Jade propositions, as well as wealth management and international services.
