Stuart Kirk – the global head of responsible investments at HSBC Asset Management who was suspended over comments made about ESG – has resigned.
Speaking at The Financial Times’ Moral Money Summit on 19 May in a talk tilted “Why investors need not worry about climate risk”, Mr Kirk gave an outline of the reasons why investors should not be overly concerned at the challenges posed by climate change in the years ahead.
