Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of bank Crédit Agricole, has acquired 70 percent of fintech Wealth Dynamix.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition is an extension of the collaboration initiated in 2019 between Indosuez, its subsidiary Azqore - which specialises in the outsourcing of information systems and the processing of banking transactions for private banks and wealth managers - and Wealth Dynamix.
