Enthusiasm for impact investing waned this year, according to a major study of sentiment in the UK, US and, Germany.
Asset manager American Century completed its fourth impact study this year – expanding it to include representative 1000-adult samples from each of the UK, US, and Germany in September.
The firm said while interest in impact remained “compelling”, it nonetheless dipped year-on-year, presumably as people became more concerned with asset protection amid market volatility.
