Investec Wealth & Investment's chief risk officer Mike Rigby has left the firm after 16 years.
To fill the role, deputy chief risk officer Melanie Lawal will continue an expanded role as head of compliance and risk subject to regulatory approval.
Mr Rigby will be leaving on August 31.
