The Marlborough Group has appointed Nick French to the newly-created position of head of business development for multi-asset and wealth management.

Mr French will be responsible for growing the group’s multi-asset funds and managed portfolio service.

Mr French previously held roles at Zurich and Old Mutual. He spent over a decade at Russell Investments, where he was managing director, head of UK wealth management. He also sat on the board of the In Partnership adviser network, following its acquisition by Russell Investments
