JP Morgan Private Bank recruits key team out of UBS

JP Morgan Private Bank (JPM PB) has recruited a trio of senior bankers from UBS Wealth Management, as it forms a dedicated team focused on wealthy Russian clients.

Stefan Reutter, Nikolay Vlasikhin, and Alexander Samorokov will all continue to be based in Zurich, and will help with executing a plan laid out in late 2019 to expand JPM PB’s reach in Russia.

Mr Reutter has worked for UBS for nearly 10 years, latterly as its regional vice chairman for ultra-high net worth clients in EMEA. He was responsible for team coverage of the largest Russian clients across various jurisdictions, including Zurich, London, Singapore, ...
