Kleinwort Hambros, C Hoare & Co, and HSBC Private Bank are among the top UK private wealth sector performers in terms of recruiting and promoting women into senior positions, according to the latest gender pay gap figures.
At Kleinwort Hambros in 2019, 29 percent of the top pay quartile was comprised of women, with the corresponding figures at HSBC PB and C Hoare & Co sitting at 27 percent.
