Majority of wealth managers now believe client portals are 'essential'

Nearly two thirds (64 percent) of wealth managers believe digitalisation is essential for communication and service enhancement, Forbes Insights and banking software firm Temenos found.

The joint report, entitled The next-generation wealth managers: advancing services and personalisation with technology, also found that acceptance of digitisation among high net worths (HNWs) has increased to 87 percent over the past three years.
