Manchester-based financial advisory firm Pareto Financial Planning is expanding its in-house training programme in a bid to help up-and-coming advisers accelerate their careers.
The firm launched a trial of the scheme last year, led by director Paul Stones, with the aim of nurturing inside talent to support the firm’s growth. The first individual, Anthony Bruchez, has now completed the course.
Its scheme runs for up to 18 months and aims to give participants client-facing advisory experience and a knowledge of Pareto’s approach.
