Mayfair Capital Investment Management, a specialist UK real estate investment manager wholly owned by Swiss Life Asset Managers, has appointed Tim Munn as a chief investment officer (CIO).

Mr Munn, who will also join the board of Mayfair Capital, will officially join the business early next year.  In addition to his CIO and board responsibilities, Mr Munn will play a key role in overseeing new strategies and business development.
