Combining the family office shibboleth with a brace of disgraced investment managers is guaranteed to raise the profile of the firm or institution that has achieved this feat.

So well done Juno Capital, a small London-based investment management firm that targets “asset classes overlooked by mainstream asset managers and private banks”, which has recruited Neil Woodford and Craig Newman to help it create a portfolio of unquoted healthcare investments.

Whether or not Juno is a firm that provides specialist investment services for family offices, as implied by some publications, is more debatable, however.
