Wealth management lobby group PIMFA has launched its ‘make it.’ campaign on TikTok and Instagram.
PIMFA wants to promote talent, inclusion, diversity and equity (TIDE) within the wealth management and financial advice industry.
As a result, in December 2022 it launched the ‘make it.’ campaign, which was designed to attract diverse talent to the industry, while dispelling common myths – like the need for a degree to enter the profession.
The ‘make it.’ campaign comprises of a website and a free downloadable toolkit for firms to use to aid their recruitment marketing and social media posts.
