Pemberton, a European private credit manager backed by Legal & General Group, has launched a wealth and asset management arm.

Pemberton Wealth & Asset Management Solutions aims to provide wealth and asset managers with access to private debt opportunities in Europe.

Michele Baldessarini, an executive director, will lead the new initiative.

Pemberton will open up all four of its strategies, which focus solely on corporate debt, to provide investors access across a range opportunities within the asset class.
