Quilter appoints inclusion and wellbeing head

Quilter has appointed Tosin James-Odukoya as its new head of inclusion and wellbeing.

Based in London, Ms James-Odukoya will be responsible for building on Quilter’s inclusion & diversity (I&D) and employee wellbeing programme that’s been running since the listing of the business in 2018.

She replaces Kate Richardson who – having launched the strategy for I&D after the listing of the business – is leaving to pursue studies at the London School of Economics.
