Quilter Cheviot Europe (QCE) - the Irish entity of wealth manager Quilter Cheviot – has appointed Andrew Fahy as head of financial planning, as it plans to launch a financial planning business in Ireland.
Mr Fahy joins the firm from Brewin Dolphin Ireland where he was head of tax and financial planning. Before this he held the same role at Investec Europe.
