RBC Wealth Management has hired Xygent Chan as an executive director to head a newly-created Hong Kong private bank team.
Mr Chang joins from Bank of Singapore, where he was a senior relationship manager. Prior experience includes Coutts, Union Bancaire Privée and ICBC.
At RBC he will lead and grow client relationships for the firm’s private banking business, which serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients and their families in the region.
