Revenues up at Ascot Lloyd ahead of PE takeover

Independent financial adviser (IFA) Ascot Lloyd increased its revenues by 28 percent in 2021.

In its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2021, the firm reported revenues of £80.3 million, compared with £62.6 million a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 63 percent from £14.2 million to £23.1 million.

Total funds under management increased marginally from £9.4 billion to £9.8 billion.
