James Barham will become chief executive of River and Mercantile Group PLC on 1 July, according to an announcement by the firm.
Mr Barham, currently the group’s deputy chief executive, will succeed Mike Faulkner, who has decided to focus on the management and development of River & Mercantile’s range of macro strategies.
Mr Faulkner will remain on River & Mercantile’s board as an executive director and will become the group’s head of macro strategies and innovation.
