Schroders has reshuffled its board positions as Nichola Pease leaves to become to the chair of Jupiter Asset Management.

At Schorders, the parent of Cazenove Capital and co-owner of Schroders Personal Wealth, Damon Buffini has been appointed to replace Ms Pease as chairman of the remuneration committee while Rhian Davies has been appointed a member of this committee, both with immediate effect.

Mr Buffini joined this committee in 2018 and Ms Davies has been a board member since 2015 and chairs audit and risk.
