St James’s Place (SJP) is offering a new Inclusive Financial Planning Qualification via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

The CII’s new qualification, only offered to SJP partners and advisers, is designed to help students develop an understanding of vulnerable customers, their needs, and how to address these.

SJP has been working with the CII to develop this qualification over the last two years.

By training candidates to consider both the financial and emotional side of personal financial situations, SJP hopes to help the community support vulnerable clients.
