Tech firm launches Consumer Duty service for wealth firms

Bold Insight, a user experience (UX) and human factors research agency, has introduced its Check UX: Consumer Duty service to assist fintech companies and financial services in meeting the upcoming regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Described as the "biggest regulatory overhaul in a decade," these rules aim to prioritise consumer well-being in retail finance markets.
