The Diversity Project has called on the investment industry to "embrace neuroinclusion", following a report into the experiences of neurodivergent employees.
The report surveyed neurodivergent individuals in the investment and savings industry, sampling those with autism, Asperger’s, ASD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD.
Respondents highlighted specific skills they felt made them valuable employees. These included creative thinking, problem solving, and hyper focus.
