Saranac Partners, founded in 2016 by Tom Kalaris and chums, now has approaching 50 staff. It has certainly made good progress, despite rather a shadow over the wealth manager.

It has organised an impressive array of services, from portfolio management, advisory investments and execution, wealth structuring and fiduciary, financing and solutions through to private capital. Its latest initiative is to offer “a discreet, highly personalised advisory service” to US nationals outside the US.
