The UK needs tax-efficient schemes to support property developers

The majority of Britain’s most popular cities, from London to Manchester, have undergone impressive revitalisation in recent years. This has been driven by public and private sector funding into large-scale regeneration projects, that have ultimately worked to change the face of these cities.

The motivation behind these development efforts is two-fold. For one, property developers aim to bring economic and cultural improvements to the UK’s towns and cities. But underlying this goal is the pressure to deliver enough suitable housing to meet the growing needs of the population.
