Third lead adviser joins commercial real estate stock exchange

London investment bank Peterhouse Capital is the latest approved lead adviser to join commercial property stock exchange IPSX.

Peterhouse will sit alongside existing lead advisers WH Ireland and RBC Capital and will play a crucial role in supporting issuers through the initial public offering (IPO) process, as well as supporting on certain other key transactions.

IPSX is expected to have its first listing in December, in the form of Mailbox REIT, a vehicle which contains The Mailbox, a £179 million mixed-used building in the centre of Birmingham which houses companies including the BBC and Harvey Nichols.
