A third of property viewings in October were still conducted virtually, even though estate agents have been able to resume in-person viewings since mid-May.
According to data collected by estate agency Andrews Property Group, viewing numbers were up 6.5 percent in October compared to September, the highest level of viewings in any single month this year.
