Tilney Smith & Williamson has appointed Rayhan Ghandi as an investment manager based in its Guildford office as part of its expansion push in Surrey.

Mr Ghandi joins the firm from Charles Stanley where he began as a finance assistant in 2013 and was later promoted to investment manager. He holds the Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager designation from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
