David Chaplin, one of the three co-founders of Waverton Investment Management, has retired from its board of directors, according to a filing at Companies House.
Mr Chaplin, who co-founded JO Hambro (which eventually morphed into Waverton) along with Anthony (Lord) Balniel, Richard Hambro and William van Staubenzee in 1986, terminated his directorship on 2 September according to the filing.
A Waverton spokesperson confirmed that Mr Chaplin is no longer at the London based-firm, which is now chaired by David Rosier.
