Vulnerable clients specialist Frenkel Topping has appointed the founder of Harwood Capital Management as a non-executive director.
Christopher Mills, who founded Harwood Capital Management in 2011, takes up the role with immediate effect. He was also a co-founder and CIO of Harwood’s parent company, JO Hambro Capital Management, which was formed in 1993.
