Wealth managers lacking representation in LGBT inclusive employer rankings

The wealth management sector is lacking in representation on Stonewall’s 2020 Top 100 LGBT Inclusive Employers ranking.

Four banks with significant wealth management businesses did make the list: Citi Bank (7th), Credit Suisse (27th), Bank of America (28th) and Barclays (30th).

While wealth firms were lacking, the financial industry’s regulator, the FCA, was ranked 59th.
