The wealth management sector is lacking in representation on Stonewall’s 2020 Top 100 LGBT Inclusive Employers ranking.

Four banks with significant wealth management businesses did make the list: Citi Bank (7^th), Credit Suisse (27^th), Bank of America (28^th) and Barclays (30^th).

While wealth firms were lacking, the financial industry’s regulator, the FCA, was ranked 59^th.
