Wealth managers often surprised by client investment decisions

Wealth managers have admitted to being surprised by their clients’ investment decisions, despite claiming to have a very good understanding of their psychological profiles, research from behavioural finance specialists Oxford Risk revealed.

Its study with wealth managers across Europe who collectively manage assets of around found 68 percent admitted they are surprised by the decisions their clients make.
