AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap), a European financial services private equity firm, is buying wealthtech platform Wealthtime.

Founded in 2006, Wealthtime consolidates investment portfolios and financial assets of people seeking advice from IFAs into one online portal. It administrates assets of around €2 billion.

The platform provides these services across an array of products including ISAs, bonds, cash accounts, privately held investment portfolios and pensions, to provide an intelligent and efficient single solution and complete picture of their clients’ financial position
