Over half (53 percent) of retail investors would consider using a robo-adviser platform, according to new research from fintech Nucoro.

The research, which was conducted by Consumer Intelligence and interviewed 1,028 UK retail investors in August 2019, found 60 percent of male investors and 47 percent of female investors would consider using robo-advisers.

However, retail investors would most like to speak to a person/adviser during the explanation of fees and charges (51 percent). This is followed by 43 percent who want a better understanding of the performance of their investments.
