WH Ireland has appointed Tom Wood as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee.
Mr Wood is an experienced chief executive and chief financial officer (CFO). Previously, he was chief restructuring and financial officer of The Co-operative Bank.
Before this, Mr Wood was CFO of Shawbrook Group and was also interim chief executive from May 2015 until January 2016.
