Investors still trapped in the Woodford Equity Income Fund are set to receive a £183.15 million payout next week.

Link Fund Solutions, the fund’s administrators wrote to investors yesterday (20/08/20) to tell them to expect a payment on or around 26 August. They will receive a separate letter on 24 August detailing the amount they will receive.

This is the third payment investors will receive, having already had £2.27 billion by March 2020 and £224 million in June, as the administrators sold off a portion of the fund’s more illiquid holdings....
