WHEB Asset Management (WHEB) has hired Victoria MacLean as associate portfolio manager
Ms MacLean joins WHEB from Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI), where she has worked for the past 11 years. Most recently, she performed the role of investment director, contributing to ASI’s ESG integration within global equities and supported its impact investing products. During her time at the firm, she also gained further experience in sustainable investing by working with Y Analytics and completing Cambridge University’s Sustainable Finance Course.
In her new role, she will join the firm’s investment team and will become one of six members responsible for its impact strategy.
The new hire also serves as a co-chair of the CFA Special Interest Group for Impact Investing, participated in ASI’s diversity network, and was involved in numerous young professional and women’s initiatives in finance.
