Independent professional services firms, Cyan and Altair, have joined forces to create a practice in the Channel Islands comprising more than 20 professionals in the fields of directorship, compliance and governance consultancy services.

Cyan provides regulatory advice and support, technical AML/CFT compliance and related training services to businesses operating in Jersey.

Altair provides independent directorship services to investment funds and other entities based in multiple jurisdictions, including Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Cayman, as well as fiduciary investment consultancy and compliance support services to Jersey TCBs, FSBs and other entities.
