Xavier Parain, head of Fundrock
Fundrock Distribution, a subsidiary of fund management firm Fundrock, has opened a new office in Amsterdam.
Fundrock believes the new office will complement its existing European offices and provide local access to its northern European clients.
The firm offers fund distribution and management company services, alongside fund administration and related activities both in-house and as part of the Apex Group.
The new office opening follows the building up of Fundrock’s presence in the past six months in Europe and the Middle East, including the acquisition of ARM Swiss Representatives.
Xavier Parain, head of Fundrock, commented: “We are excited to announce the further expansion of Fundrock Distribution with the opening of a new office in the Netherlands.”
“We aim to help [asset managers] tackle the increasingly complex regulatory requirements of cross-border fund distribution and support their asset raising activities.”
Mr Parain added that he expects further geographic expansion in the second half of 2022.
Headquartered in Luxembourg, Fundrock is a UCITS and AIFM management company. It oversees more than 470 funds, with €134 billion in assets under management. It is part of Apex Group.
