AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM), a global multi-asset investor, has appointed Simon Young, to its UK Equity team who will start on 17 September, within the Framlington Equities platform. Mr Young will manage the £85 million AXA Framlington Blue Chip Equity Income Fund while also helping with the team's UK research. This move has allowed the current manager of the fund, Jamie Forbes-Wilson to focus on the AXA Distribution funds that he has also been managing since 2016.
